This project features an 11’7” custom outdoor kitchen installed under the covered lanai option of the Aventura Floor Plan model in Vivid Shores, Bonita Springs. The homeowner wanted a design that felt clean, modern, and coastal while providing everything needed for cooking, entertaining, and outdoor dining.

Because the
Aventura Floor Plan already offers a spacious lanai area, it creates an ideal environment for a linear outdoor kitchen layout. The design allows homeowners to cook comfortably while still keeping the space open for guests and seating areas.

• Durable stainless steel construction

Because the grill is installed inside cabinetry, we also included a Blaze insulated jacket, which protects surrounding cabinet materials and ensures safe operation.

Tradewind 36” Outdoor Vent Hood

Proper ventilation is important when installing an outdoor kitchen under a covered lanai, which is common in the Aventura Floor Plan design.

This project includes a Tradewind 36” outdoor vent hood with internal blowers, providing powerful ventilation while maintaining a sleek, professional appearance.

To integrate the hood into the space, we also installed:

• Custom stainless stack chase
• Custom stainless 3D backsplash behind the grill (36” W x 36” H x 1 1/4” D)

These elements not only improve ventilation but also create a striking visual focal point in the outdoor kitchen.

Outdoor Refrigerator for Entertaining

A 5.5 cubic foot outdoor-rated refrigerator was installed to keep drinks and ingredients conveniently within reach.

This feature is especially useful for entertaining guests because it eliminates the need to walk back and forth between the indoor kitchen and the lanai.

In many Aventura Floor Plan homes, the lanai serves as the primary entertaining space, so having refrigeration outdoors adds a significant level of convenience.

Sink and Prep Area

To make this outdoor kitchen fully functional, we installed:

• Undermount sink
• High-arc faucet

The sink allows homeowners to rinse produce, wash hands, and clean cooking utensils without needing to go inside.

For this particular installation, the corresponding soap dispenser was not included, maintaining a simple and uncluttered countertop appearance.

Ocean Beige Level 3 Granite Countertops

The countertops selected for this project are Level 3 Ocean Beige granite, paired with 8-inch granite backsplashes.
