This outdoor kitchen was built in a Summerwood by Pulte in Riverhall Golf & Country Club in Alva, Florida.
The cabinet base was finished with stucco, with a sand finish for a sleek & modern look, and painted to match the existing exterior wall color. The granite counter top and backsplashes are a level 3 Paradiso White granite. The customer went with the full backsplash behind the grill & 10″ high splashes for the remainder of the kitchen.
Even though watching gigantic pieces of granite get installed is a nail biter, we enjoyed watching this one come together! This summer kitchen was built in an Ellenwood floorplan by Pulte and located in the Riverhall community. This kitchen shows that a great benefit of the extended lanai option is the ability to keep your seating and bar stools well under the roof line of the home. And while this is not the biggest lanai, the design still lends itself to having everything you could want in an outdoor kitchen.
This outdoor kitchen was built in a Neal Communities home in the Verandah. Please excuse the hanging screens on this lanai, this is another one that we dealt with during the aftermath of Ian, right when screens are a hot commodity. Neal’s rough-in option is great because it leaves you a lot of light on the lanai. However, this customer decided that a hood was important to them. We built the backing for the hood and left the two screen opening off each side to keep the lanai light and airy.

This outdoor kitchen was built in the Vista community of Wild Blue in a Lennar home. We can only imagine the amazing pool parties this homeowner can have with this outdoor kitchen running at full steam! We personally don’t have any experience with the Alfa One Pizza Oven, but we did revisit this customer shortly after the kitchen was completed and he raved about how great it was. It has a nice sleek look and is not too heavy if you want to store it on occasion to pick up additional counterspace.
After we posted the before and after pictures on social media, we got tons of interactions! One of the comments that stood out was, “Didn’t see that coming!” And we thought is was a perfect way to sum up this transformation!
This is the second time we have used the 12″x24″ white tear drop tile with a vertical install. It pairs great with the exotic Super White granite! And as usual, the Silver Travertine stacked stone is a nice complement to the colors around it.
This outdoor kitchen was built in a Summerwood (by Pulte Homes) in Wild Blue (located in Estero, FL). The stucco façade paired with the Ocean Beige granite has a clean & modern look.
This kitchen is packed with just the right amount of functionality and design. If I had to guess the components that someone would want in a kitchen, it would be the grill, sink, fridge and trash bin. If I had to guess the color of the stacked stone, I would say the Silver Travertine. The combo of components and colors in this kitchen are definitely fan favorites.
