This outdoor kitchen was constructed in a home built by Pulte in Wild Blue. This home featured the summer kitchen rough-in. The rough-in feature is a great option to select with any builder. It will save you lots of time, headaches, and money in the long run.
This Pinnacle floor plan features a 13’4” wall, and we ran the outdoor kitchen the full length of that wall, talk about counter space! Counter space is an essential part of an outdoor kitchen if your ultimate goal is entertaining. You will need plenty of space for prepping and serving those buffet-style BBQ’s. As with all of our outdoor kitchens, we build them to last!
The base is framed with aluminum and wrapped with a wet weather backer board. The façade along the front & left side is a stacked stone, the customer selected Skyline in this instance. The countertop and 4″ side/backsplash are a level 1 New Caledonia granite. The backsplash rises to 36″ high for a width of 36″. And it is centered under the hood and behind the grill making maintenance a breeze.

It’s All About Outdoor Entertainment Convenience with the Sealoc Outdoor-Rated TV
This 12’7″ outdoor kitchen was constructed in Corkscrew Shores in Estero, Florida. Corkscrew Shores is one of Estero’s newest and most exciting gated communities. Corkscrew Shores is not your traditional community. They have taken the conventional community concept and enhanced it to feel like your home is a vacation destination. Estero, conveniently located between Naples and Fort Myers, has become a leading destination in Southwest Florida for many Floridians.
The base is built with our tried and true method, by framing it with aluminum and wrapping it with a wet weather backer board. The facade is the Silver Travertine stacked stone. This stone is so popular amongst the Corkscrew Shores residents that we have nicknamed it the “Corkscrew Shores Special.” The color palate in the Silver Travertine stone and the Corkscrew Shores community could not gel together any better. The countertop & side/backsplash are level 1 New Caledonia granite. This New Caledonia was one of the original color choices for granite when it first got popular. And it is coming back in style with a vengeance in 2020! Like the Silver, Travertine stacked stone (and the color palette of homes in Corkscrew Shores), the New Caledonia is the perfect mix of black & brown color tones. This color choice is so eclectic and offers the homeowners tones of options with the décor they pair with the summer kitchen. The side/backsplash is 8″ in height. It is centered under the hood, and behind the grill, the backsplash rises to 36″ high for a width of 36″.

The nano seal technology protects from: extreme temperatures, high humidity, and salt air (especially important since we are within 50 miles of the coast). It is designed for areas under an awning or covered lanai.
Although this “summer” kitchen was built in the winter, in Southwest Florida it indeed can provide use and enjoyment all year long.

This outdoor kitchen/outdoor living is built in the Esplenade Country Club inside Naples. To describe the Esplenade Country Club in Naples, Florida, as beautiful is an understatement. This extraordinary, gated community offers a resort lifestyle experience. You will surely experience something incredible and amazing here! The Championship Golf Course, named as one of Golf Digest’s Best New Courses for 2014, was designed to enhance the overall ambiance of the community.
This project was a fun one to watch come together. It started with the demo of an existing outdoor kitchen and ended with a new outdoor kitchen and outdoor fireplace! Talk about a total transformation! The L-shape outdoor kitchen the grill base is 9’6″in length. On the left side, it bends around and stretches out 8’3” from the back wall, giving it that classic L-shape. Like all of our outdoor kitchens, it was framed with aluminum, wrapped with a wet weather backer board and all exposed side were finished with the stacked stone façade. The countertop & side/backsplash are a level 3 Marinusgranite. The side and backsplash is 4″ in height. It is centered under the hood, and behind the grill, the backsplash rises to 36″ high for a width of 36″. We have found adding the 36” full backsplash behind the grill does a great job in reducing the maintenance caused by the smoke residue. The granite overhang off of the backside of the refrigerator cabinet is 6″ at the corners and arcs to 10″ at the center. This large overhang gives the homeowners lots of room for entertaining guests, and the arc yields a softer look to such a large slab of granite. The following components were installed in this summer kitchen, some of which came from the customer’s original outdoor kitchen:
The 60” linear outdoor fireplace was built with the following dimensions: 7’0″ Lx 4’0″ H x 2’2″ D. Just like our kitchens, the base was framed with aluminum and wrapped with a wet weather backer board. The façade and granite colors were the same as those used in the outdoor kitchen. We also used the stacked stone to create a chimney type look by installing the stacked stone as a backsplash for the width of the fireplace to ceiling height. Cappadocia Stacked Stone Facade Made For a Delightful Outdoor Kitchen & Living Space
This project consisted of an outdoor kitchen demolition, directly followed by a rebuild of a brand new Elegant Outdoor Kitchen. The kicker is that we used this beautiful Cappadocia Stacked Stone finish, turning an old summer kitchen into a delightful new outdoor living space.
The existing summer kitchen had become worn and outdated. The homeowner wanted to install new pavers around their pool deck and then have the exterior of their home repainted. It was the ideal time to demo and rebuild their aged outdoor kitchen area. That’s where we came into the picture! We initialized the project by removing the old outdoor kitchen for this homeowner. The demolition of the old kitchen took place before the pavers and paint. Doing the demo first gave the pavers and painters a fresh start for their projects. We’re confident the homeowners and the other contractors appreciated it.
After the painting and pavers got finished, we came back and the beautiful 9’8″ custom outdoor kitchen. We invite you to check out the photo gallery on this page. Like all of our custom-built bases, we start by framing the structure with aluminum and then wrapping it with a wet weather backer board.
On the facade along the front and a small portion of the right flank is a gorgeous Cappadocia Stacked Stone. The countertop, side flanks, and backsplash are a 4″ level 1 granite ADD COLOR CHOICE. The backsplash installed behind the grill is 36″ by 36″ and starts at the counter backsplash and rises to the ventilation hood.

WCI Community Summer Kitchen Upgrade by Elegant Outdoor Kitchens
This particular project gets classified as an addition of a hood and a backsplash to an existing outdoor kitchen. The Customer had purchased their outdoor kitchen through the builder during the building process. As with most of the big builders, WCI did not offer additional upgrade options for the outdoor kitchen, and no hood was available, although WCI did install the vent stack running through the attic and terminating at the roof. The homeowner contacted us and was looking to add the vent hood as well as an upgrade to a larger backsplash, which would lower the maintenance needed to clean the smoke residue from behind the grill.
For this job, we installed a 36″ Trade-Wind vent hood with 1250 CFM. We also had a custom stainless stack chase fabricated to match the 36″ width of the ventilation hood. The stack chase runs from the top of the ventilation hood up to the ceiling height. The granite backsplash was a level 1 Santa Cecilia Light granite, which was a close match to the existing Crema Pearl (Giallo Fiesta) granite. The new granite backsplash lays out right on top of the existing 4″ granite backsplash. We centered it behind the grill and under the hood. To keep clean lines within the design. The hood, stack chase, and the granite got fabricated at 36″ wide, which runs up to the bottom of the hood at 36″ above counter height. The addition makes maintaining the outdoor kitchen that much easier, which in turn makes it that much more pleasurable of an experience for the homeowner. This was an update to an existing outdoor kitchen. There were a couple of components that had seen better days and were in need of replacement. Although we do not dive into completely remodeling outdoor kitchens and restructuring the framing, there are some updates that can be made. For instance, if the replacement components are the same size or smaller than the existing components we are able to replace the old components. In this case, we replaced the existing Alfresco components with an Alfresco 42″ Luxury Grill built-in with sear zone & rotisserie and an Alfresco sealed dry pantry AXEDSP-42L – Low Profile Model. Because the original components were larger than the new ones, we had stainless pieces custom made to fill in the gaps.
The homeowner also wanted something to help with the smoke capture so we installed a 48” Trade-Wind hood.
We are happy to report that this outdoor kitchen is back up and running and better than ever!

Luna Pearl granite from Spain features a small intricate pattern of grays and whites. Luna Pearl is available in polished slabs and recommended for both commercial and residential projects including outdoor landscaping and flooring in climates with freezing temperatures. Indoor applications can include countertops, walls, backsplashes, and other design features.
This 11’9″ outdoor kitchen was built in a home constructed by Neal Communities in the Verandah in Fort Myers. This home, like most of the homes that we build outdoor kitchens in, was purchased by the customer with an outdoor kitchen rough-in package. If you have your choice, the rough-in packages with the builder are the way to go!
This outdoor kitchen base is framed with aluminum and then wrapped with a wet weather backer board that is resistant to mold and mildew. The color choice for the stacked stone façade was the Skyline. The countertop and backsplash were a level 1 Luna Pearl granite. We took the granite backsplash up to the height of the existing back wall at 9” above counter height.

Although this community is not right on the coast, it certainly feels like it when you pull into it. Sticking with the coastal theme in this outdoor kitchen was one of the main objectives during this project.
This 13’10” outdoor kitchen included the following components:
Under-mount sink with high-arc faucet (18″ L x15″ D x 7″ H) – Being that this was a custom outdoor kitchen build when the customer asked if the orientation of the sink could be rotated 90 degrees from how we usually install them, it was, of course, a non-issue.
The base is framed with aluminum and wrapped with a wet weather backer board. The facade along the front is a stacked stone (Skyline – follow for more stacked stone color choices).
The countertop and side/backsplash are a level 1 Dallas White granite. The side/backsplash is 4″ in height. Centered behind the grill and for a width of 36″, the backsplash rises to 36″ at the corners and arcs 38″ at the center.
The Skyline stacked stone was installed as an additional backsplash on the remainder of the back wall not covered by the granite.
