This 8’10” outdoor kitchen was built in a Prosperity floorplan by Del Webb in the master planned, and one of a kind, community Ave Maria. In this kitchen we installed the White Oak multi-face stacked stone. This is the same stone that we used in DiVosta’s Stellar model at Terreno. If you would like to view kitchens that we have built in person to see a variety of selections, visit this link for more info. Keeping with a contemporary style, this customer paired the White Oak stone with a level 3 Ocean Beige granite.

We have lots of stacked stone choices to choose from. If you are interested in seeing all of them, click here. The granite selection was the Brown Fantasy, which is a level 3 granite. This customer selected the 3/8″ roundover edge for the countertop. Granite selections are ever changing, but to get an idea of some levels and colors that we have done in the past, click here.

The kitchen’s design and functionality are tailored to meet the needs of a bustling apartment complex, ensuring it serves as a welcoming space for all.
High-Performance Grills and Safety Features
At the heart of this outdoor kitchen are two Blaze 32” LTE series grills. Known for their durability and performance, these grills are perfect for the frequent use they’ll see in a community setting. Each grill is complemented by a Blaze 32″ double door, offering convenient storage for grilling essentials.
Safety is a top priority, especially in a communal environment. That’s why we included a Fire Magic one-hour timer for each grill, ensuring that the equipment automatically shuts off after use, minimizing risks. Additionally, we installed two rows of louvered vents to support future conversion from liquid propane to natural gas, providing flexibility and safety for long-term use.
The kitchen’s cabinet stretches an impressive 14 feet, providing ample space for multiple residents to prep, cook, and serve simultaneously. With 42 square feet of counter space, there’s no shortage of room for everyone to get involved in the cooking process. The spacious design not only enhances functionality but also encourages social interaction, making it a true community hub.
The Future of Community Living
With this installation, we’ve created more than just an outdoor kitchen—we’ve crafted a space where memories will be made. From weekend BBQs to casual poolside lunches, the Estero Vista Apartment Complex now has a feature that enhances the lifestyle of its residents.

Came and Gone – The Ballad of Calcita Blue granite
While we loved the Calcita Blue granite, it was a rare find that quickly came and went. We were fortunate to build two stunning outdoor kitchens using this exquisite granite before the supply dwindled. In this particular project, the Calcita Blue granite was paired beautifully with Arctic White stacked stone, creating a perfect combination of elegance and durability. This L-shaped outdoor kitchen was designed for a Mystique floor plan by Pulte in Verdana Village. The layout includes a 9’3” cabinet along the wall with the rough-in and extends 7’6” away from the wall, maximizing both space and functionality. Packed with high-end features, this kitchen allows the homeowner to cook a wide variety of dishes outdoors, making it the envy of the neighborhood.
This thoughtfully designed outdoor kitchen is not just about functionality; it’s a perfect blend of style and practicality. The combination of Calcita Blue granite and Arctic White stacked stone elevates the aesthetic appeal of the space, making it a true focal point in the backyard.
With this outdoor kitchen, the homeowner will be able to host gatherings, barbecues, and family dinners with ease and style. It’s more than just a cooking area; it’s a place where memories will be made, delicious food will be enjoyed, and the joys of outdoor living will be fully embraced.
This 8’10” outdoor kitchen has a modern flare with the straight lines of the True Flame components, stucco finish and the movement in the granite countertop. This kitchen also features the pyramid style hood by Trade-Wind. It’s the same hood system that we normally use, but the shroud is a little more feminine than the hood we typically use. With the pyramid hood, you don’t have as much tolerance for shifting the grill to the right or the left. With the pyramid hoods, you have to plan on centering your hood, and thus the grill, directly underneath the existing vent stack. So although the pyramid hoods are pretty, they are sometimes not as functional if we are short on space.
Includes a stucco façade with a sand finish. Customer to provide paint or paint code.
Includes a level 3 Fantasy Brown granite & backsplash. Includes a 4” backsplash. Backsplash rises to 36” high for a width of 36” centered under the hood and behind the grill.
This 9’6” outdoor kitchen was built in the uber popular Lazio floorplan by Taylor Morrison in the Esplanade Lake Club in Fort Myers. It has, in our opinion, the most useful combination of components, which are the grill (and hood), sink, fridge and trash/recycle bin. If you are looking for a kitchen that will hit all your needs and don’t have tons of space, this is the perfect fit. Adding the stacked stone backsplash is icing on the cake.

Design and Aesthetic Appeal
The stacked stone backsplash is the finishing touch that brings this outdoor kitchen together, adding a touch of elegance and texture. This feature not only enhances the kitchen’s aesthetic but also provides a durable and easy-to-clean surface.
Conclusion
If you’re looking for a compact yet fully functional outdoor kitchen that meets all your cooking and entertaining needs, this Elegant Outdoor Kitchen in the Lazio floorplan by Taylor Morrison is the perfect fit. With its carefully chosen components and stylish design, it offers the ideal balance of utility and beauty.

GL Homes earns major points in the outdoor living department with the design of this lanai! This kitchen was built in a Captiva floorplan with the extended lanai. At 22′ long, this kitchen sets the new record for our longest straight kitchen build. This kitchen provides tons of counterspace, perfect for entertaining! Typically we can hide any necessary seems behind the grill, but this kitchen was so long that the fabricators got to show off their skills by making a great book match seam at the sink.
The stucco base, with a sand finish, and level 3 Ocean Beige granite have a modern & coastal look.
To summarize, there is a ton of counterspace, tons of functionality and tons of style! We are so happy with how this one turned out and we had fun watching it all come together!
