At Elegant Outdoor Kitchens of Southwest Florida, we understand that every homeowner has a different vision—and a
different level of involvement they want in their outdoor living project. This outdoor kitchen framing project in the Lennar community
of Timber Creek in Fort Myers is a great example of how we can help DIY-minded homeowners get their project started on

Our customer wanted to take an active role in completing their outdoor kitchen while still benefiting from the
expertise and precision that comes with professional design and framing. After collaborating closely with the
homeowner to develop a functional and efficient layout, we provided the professionally framed structure, giving them a
solid platform to build upon and complete at their own pace.

- Placement of the grill and side burner after countertop installation.
- Placement and leveling of the refrigerator within the cabinet opening.
- Installation of drawer pulls and refrigerator handles as required.
Gas Connections & Safety
- Leak testing of the grill and gas connections by a certified gas contractor.
- Connection of appliances to existing gas lines.
- Installation of flame stabilizing grids, heat zone separators, warming rack, and grill accessories.
- Mounting of the grill lighting transformer to the framing structure.
Ventilation
- Final placement and installation of the Blaze louvered vent, typically completed during façade installation.
Finishing Work
- Installation of the outdoor kitchen façade.
- Removal of protective stainless-steel wrapping.
- Cleaning and polishing of all stainless-steel components.
- Touch-up painting and final detailing.
