Golden White Outdoor Kitchen in DiVosta’s Concord Floorplan
This Golden White outdoor kitchen brings warm finishes and everyday convenience to DiVosta’s Concord floorplan in Terrawalk at Babcock Ranch, Florida. Designed and built by Elegant Outdoor Kitchens of Southwest Florida, the 9-foot-3-inch kitchen combines grilling, refrigeration, storage, and cleanup in one space.
Golden White stacked stone and Marfil granite create the warm, creamy palette the homeowner envisioned. Stainless steel appliances and custom details complete the design.
Planning an Outdoor Kitchen for the Concord Floorplan
The customer’s home was early in construction when we began planning. This gave us time to understand the homeowner’s needs and develop an outdoor kitchen design based on the Concord floorplan.
Our planning process starts with function. We work with each customer to determine how they want to use the kitchen and which features matter most. As construction moves forward, we begin selecting colors and materials.
For this project, the homeowner wanted warmer, creamier tones. Once the exterior walls were painted and the pavers were installed, we brought suitable stacked stone samples to the home. Comparing those samples with the surrounding finishes helped the customer choose Golden White.
We then left the selected stone sample with the homeowner to take to the granite yard. Having the sample on hand made it easier to pair the stone with an available countertop selection.
A Complete Cooking and Entertaining Space
This outdoor kitchen includes a grill, vent hood, sink, refrigerator, and several storage options within its 9-foot-3-inch footprint.
Grill and Ventilation
The cooking area centers on a Blaze 32-inch LTE Plus series grill. Above it, a Trade-Wind 36-inch vent hood with internal blowers is paired with a custom stainless steel stack chase.
A custom stainless steel 3D backsplash adds a distinctive detail behind the grill. It measures 36 inches wide, 36 inches high, and 1¼ inches deep.
Below the grill, a Blaze 32-inch door and drawer combination provides storage for grilling tools and other outdoor cooking essentials.
Sink and Trash Storage
An undermount sink with a high-arc faucet makes cleanup convenient. A Blaze single vertical access door sits beneath the sink.
The kitchen also includes a Blaze narrow roll-out trash storage drawer, keeping trash tucked away and within reach.
Outdoor Refrigeration
A Blaze 5.5-cubic-foot outdoor-rated refrigerator with a stainless steel door keeps chilled drinks and ingredients close to the cooking area. A Blaze refrigerator trim kit finishes the refrigerator cutout.
Golden White Stacked Stone From Cabinet to Ceiling
Like all of our custom-framed outdoor kitchens, this kitchen was built with a powder-coated frame wrapped with Hardie backer board.
Golden White stacked stone covers the cabinet facade. It also extends from the top of the granite backsplash to the ceiling, connecting the lower kitchen with the wall behind the cooking area.
The stone brings texture and warmth to the design while complementing the stainless steel components. Its creamy tones were a natural fit for the homeowner’s preferred palette.

Marfil Granite Countertops and Backsplash
The homeowner paired the Golden White stacked stone with Marfil granite, which was a level 1 selection for this project. The countertop continues the kitchen’s warm color scheme, while an 8-inch-high granite backsplash extends on each side of the vent hood.
You can explore our granite selection gallery for examples of materials used in past projects. Some selections may no longer be available, and pricing levels may have changed.
Visiting the granite yard in person is the best way to see current options. We encourage customers to bring their selected stacked stone sample so they can compare the materials together.
If you are out of town, we can help with the selection process remotely through photos. You can also choose your granite during an upcoming visit. The selection does not need to be finalized until we start your project.
