Although this was our first time in Oyster Harbor at Fiddler’s Creek, it felt like home since this outdoor kitchen was built in yet another Taylor Morrison home.

This L-shape outdoor kitchen has components that we would typically see even in smaller kitchens, but because of the L, it offers tons more counter and entertaining space. The cabinet base along the existing wall is 9’0″ in length. On the left side, the perpendicular section extends 7’4″ from the existing wall. The base is framed with aluminum and wrapped with a wet weather backer board. The façade along the exposed sides is a stacked stone (Silver Travertine).

The components included in this outdoor kitchen project are:

• Under mount sink with high-arc faucet (includes connection to existing lines by licensed plumber)

The countertop and backsplash are a level 1 granite (Branco Dallas). The backsplash is 4″ in height, rising to 36″ high for a width of 36″, centered under the hood and behind the grill. On the back side of this bar top, there is a 7″ granite overhang at the corners that arcs to 10″ at the center. The existing opening was framed in and finished with a stucco facade.
