Beautiful Outdoor Kitchen Featuring White Oak Multi-Finish Stacked Stone and Level 5 Portinari Granite
This 8-foot-7-inch outdoor kitchen pairs White Oak stacked stone with level 5 Portinari granite for a bright, natural look. Elegant Outdoor Kitchens of Southwest Florida built it in a Stardom floorplan in TerraWalk, a DiVosta community within Babcock Ranch, Florida.
From the start, we designed this summer kitchen with function in mind. As a result, it fits grilling, refrigeration, storage, and cleanup into one compact space.
Planning a Kitchen for the Stardom Floorplan
Although the cabinet measures just 8 feet 7 inches, it includes a full list of features. Every component earns its place, so the homeowner has everything they need without a crowded layout.

Grill, Griddle, and Ventilation
The cooking area features a Blaze 32-inch LTE PRO series grill. In addition, the homeowner added a Blaze 24-inch griddle plate for even more cooking options.
Above the grill, a Trade-Wind 36-inch vent hood with internal blowers pulls smoke and heat away from the lanai. We also installed a custom stainless steel stack chase for a clean, finished look.
Below the grill, a Blaze 32-inch drawer and door combination provides convenient storage.
Refrigeration, Sink, and Trash Storage
A Blaze 3.2-cubic-foot outdoor-rated refrigerator keeps drinks and ingredients cold. Then, a matching refrigerator trim kit gives the cutout a polished finish. Next to it, a Blaze narrow roll-out trash storage drawer keeps waste out of sight.
For cleanup, we installed an undermount sink with a high-arc faucet and a matching soap dispenser. Underneath, a Blaze single vertical access door provides easy access to the plumbing.
White Oak Stacked Stone From Counter to Ceiling
For the cabinet facade and backsplash, the homeowner chose MSI’s White Oak multi-finish stacked stone. To see every available option, visit our stacked stone selections page.
We installed the White Oak stacked stone backsplash along the 9-foot-1-inch wall with the rough-in. It runs from the top of the 8-inch granite backsplash all the way to the ceiling.
Near the slider track, we carried the stone to the right of the cabinet and down to the track. As a result, the finish looks complete, even around the sliding doors.
Level 5 Portinari Granite With a Full Backsplash
The homeowner selected level 5 Portinari granite with a 3/8-inch roundover edge. We also installed 8-inch granite backsplashes. This height allowed us to relocate the existing upper outlets onto the granite backsplash.
Behind the grill, we fabricated a full granite backsplash at 36 inches tall and 36 inches wide. It sits centered under the hood. Meanwhile, the striations in the Portinari granite pair beautifully with the White Oak stacked stone. Together, they make a great combination.
