Going back to the Esplanade by Taylor Morrison, we constructed this stacked stone outdoor kitchen in a model that provided us with about 9.5’ which is a perfect amount of space for the grill, sink & fridge combo that customers so often value.
Elegant Outdoor Kitchens focuses on our customer needs and budget to build an outdoor living space that can be enjoyed all year round. This project was a perfect fit for the available space and what our customer wanted in their outdoor kitchen.
The colors selected for this project were the Cappadocia stacked stone and a level 2 Ice Blue granite.

This beautiful outdoor kitchen features a high arch sink, Blaze infrared searing burner grill, Marvel 24″ refrigerator, professional smoker box, and 32″ double-door drawer combo.
We absolutely love the way this project turned out. Our customer will be able to enjoy this outdoor living space for years to come!
This Elegant Outdoor Kitchens project build was a remodel located in Legends Golf & Country Club in Fort Myers, Florida. This outdoor kitchen remodel had a couple of “firsts” for us, including the installation of a Teppanyaki grill (also known as Hibachi or griddle-style cooking) by Cook-N-Dine.
Teppanyaki (鉄板焼き teppan-yaki) is a style of Japanese cuisine that uses an iron griddle to cook food. The word teppanyaki is derived from teppan (鉄板), which means iron plate, and yaki (焼き), which means grilled, broiled or pan-fried.
The rounded grill features state-of-the-art Shallow Dip Technology. The hot center helps to preserve the juices and flavors of the food. Just outside the center, the mid-ring cools the surface by 50%, which allows food to stay warm without burning. The outermost ring stays completely cool!
We were thrilled with the finished project and very excited to have the chance to install a Teppanyaki grill. This was a first for us and something we hope to work with again!
The Components:
* Teppanyaki grill is 304 stainless steel, which means it is strong enough to hold up to the exterior climate.
* Blaze 4.5 CU FT stainless front refrigerator
* Two 25” double access doors for additional storage.
The stacked stone color chosen is the Golden White paired with a level 1 granite Fioritto.
During the design process, the owner came up with the unique idea to install a circular under-mount sink that would match the annular grilling surface of the grill.
The rounded sink and grill is very complimentary and we are very proud of how this outdoor kitchen project turned out!
Marina Bay is a community that is all about the lifestyle and outdoor living, so it is no surprise that this Marina Bay homeowner built an outdoor kitchen centered around those same concepts. At 6’5” long, this lanai did not offer a ton of under truss lanai space; but this design proves it is more about what you do with space rather than how much you have.
We constructed a support pillar at the opposite end of the bar and wrapped it with the corner pieces of Silver Travertine. Utilizing corner pieces allows the rock face to wrap around the pillar, rather than having a seam at the corner. Paying attention to small details like this is what sets EOK apart from the competition.

The façade is the Silver Travertine paired with a Venetian granite which coordinates with the interior granite. The granite bar has the standard overhang of 1” at the corners, with a 9” bulge at the center for a maximum overhang of 10”.

In this outdoor kitchen project, we installed outdoor rated cabinets to match what the customer had on the interior of their home, including a recessed panel door. Another modern convenience we have come to love with our “indoor kitchens” is the added double pull out trash/recycle drawer. This Florida outdoor kitchen built during the busy summer months of 2018 is simply elegant!

Our customer wished to have outdoor kitchen cabinets that matched their interior kitchen cabinets, and their wish was our command! We were able to build outdoor rated cabinets to match their interior kitchen cabinets.
We used Level 3 Ocean Beige granite for the countertop and matching backsplash. The granite backsplash fits perfectly between the Blaze 32″ grill and the Tradewind 36″ hood which will make cleaning up quick and easy!
Built in the Esplanade in a Taylor Morrison home, this outdoor kitchen is 10’2” long (along the back wall) and perpendicular to the back wall is bar top that is 7’6” in length. We installed a bar top that has a depth of 24” and arcs to 30” for a soft, finished look that provides plenty of space. The homeowner opted for an L-Shape counter bar top for seating and eating. Once again we were able to pack a ton of function into a small space without affecting movement around the area!
The backsplash includes a 36” x 36” square centered behind the grill and under the hood. This allows for easier maintenance and cleaning from any smoke residue that the grill may produce. The color selections include the Silver Travertine stacked stone and a level 1 Blue Sapphire granite. We also added a 4.1 CU refriderator to help keep food and beverages cold all year round.

Another custom outdoor grill build in the veranda in a home built by Kolter. This lanai offered lots of space at 11’7” in length, but the idea was to keep things simplistic with this outdoor kitchen. The homeowner went with the Cappadocia stacked stone base and a level 1 granite counter top with a simple 4” backsplash. We added a sink and refrigerator so that it offered all of the functionality that our customer desired. The design is a straight layout that offers easy access and a lot of counter space. Our custom kitchen design will make this living space perfect all year round!

At Elegant Outdoor Kitchens we don’t have problems, we have solutions! This custom summer kitchen is constructed in the Pulte community Camden Square in Fort Myers. This custom summer kitchen proves that you do not need a lot of space to accomplish your goals and reminds us why building everything on-site and custom is so beneficial.
To keep from infringing on the walkway from the sliding glass doors, the base of the outdoor kitchen along the back wall is just 6’ 7” long with the granite extending at an angle over to the casing of the sliders. As a result, this shorter base limited us on room for the sink. We easily overcame the issue by tucking it into the corner at an angle. This kept the sink from having to go into the refrigerator base, which would then cut into the bar seating area for guests. Finding solutions to fit our customer needs is what we love to do!
The refrigerator section that runs perpendicular to the back wall is 6’ 8” in length and has an overhang of 7” off the back and the left side. The bar tops are perfect for those wanting to cook and chat it up with company simultaneously. The design selection highlights the owner’s unique personality, with the Light Travertine stacked stone and a Level 1 Uba Tuba granite. Not only is the base wrapped in the stacked stone, but the owner’s also opted to continue it along the entire back wall and even below counter height in the area to the right of the grill base. They choose to install a 36” x 36” piece of granite behind the grill for easier cleaning. The most unique aspect of this kitchen is the chiseled edge, which is hard to notice in photos but certainly eye-catching in person.

First of all, this was a super fun outdoor custom kitchen to build! The lanai is quite large which gave the homeowner a lot of options to complete the summer kitchen they were looking for. Their barbecue island faces back toward the sitting area under the covered lanai and faces out toward the pool and spa. Next, the homeowners wanted an outdoor refrigerator with glass shelving and outdoor TV mounted so that it could be viewed from the spa and we were excited to make that happen. This outdoor living area is now ready for year round food and fun!
Along the side of the home, the L-shape outdoor kitchen is 7’0” in length and 7’10” on the side running parallel with the home. The 7’0” section has an arching bar top on the back side. It is 34” deep at the corners arched to a depth of 40” at the center. The rounded bar top has a way of playing into the rich traditional feel and color choices of this outdoor kitchen. We are very proud of how this custom kitchen turned out!
Components:
The components used in this build were the Blaze 32” 4-burner Traditional Series grill with the 32” double door/access door combo underneath and a narrow trash pull-out with 42 qt trash bin. Our customer selected a Summit 4.6 CU FT outdoor refrigerator with glass shelving. To really make this outdoor kitchen complete and coming just in time for that perfect fall weather and football season, we installed the fully weatherized Samsung 4k HD outdoor television!
We are a little jealous (but only in the best possible way) about all the fun they are going to have centered around their new outdoor living space!

Like many of the barbecue islands we’ve built, this too was constructed in Corkscrew Shores. At 11’2″ long, it has plenty of space for your list of must-haves; the combination of components installed here is becoming quite popular due to the functionality and appeal they provide. Let’s get into it!
The focal point is a Blaze 34″ 3-Burner grill. Each burner is capable of emitting 18,000 BTUs of cooking power equaling 54,000 total. The infrared rear-rotisserie burner adds another 10,000 BTUs. With 816 square inches of total cooking space, a push and turn flame-thrower primary ignition system, a removable warming rack, a full-width drip tray, illuminated control knobs and interior lights to enable cooking at any time of day, the Blaze Professional Series exceeds the needs of many in one-fell-swoop.
Its chilly counterpart, the 4.1 cubic foot Blaze Outdoor Refrigerator, finds its niche as well in this gorgeous Elegant Outdoor Kitchen. Wrapped in 304-grade stainless steel, it’s spacious and customizable, providing a reversible door option to open left or right in addition to 3 adjustable and removable wire storage shelves. Full of modernity yet classic in its aesthetics, the Blaze 4.1 Outdoor Refrigerator is sure to please on a hot day with no breeze!
Other notable features of this outdoor kitchen are an under-mounted sink with a high-arc faucet, a vertical door to access the plumbing beneath it, a rollout-narrow trash bin that holds 42 quarts, a Blaze 42″ vent hood with a custom stainless vent cover and the 32″ double drawer/door combo under the grill. Further specs include Silver Travertine surfaces paired with the Barracco White granite. Perfecto!
