Project Materials Description: This was an outdoor kitchen remodel in Hickory Run in Fort Myers. The existing hood was used and we incorporated a grill, refrigerator and access door that the homeowner already owned. The stacked stone is Kayla Shimla White and paired with a Dallas White granite. We installed a Swiss Built-In Professional Grill, single access door and an outdoor refrigerator unit too. All in all, a perfect custom barbecue island by the Elegant Outdoor Kitchens teams.

This custom barbecue island is a prime example of how beautiful things come in small packages. This project was a remodel and it really turned out quite awesome. The great thing about working with Elegant Outdoor Kitchens of Southwest Florida is we like to save our customers money. If we’re able to reuse and repurpose existing equipment, we’ll do it. We want to start off by talking about the Kayla Shimla White stacked stone, this stone has a truly elegant and sophisticated look. You could literally make anything look spectacular with this stacked stone. We ran the stone all the way up the rear wall, to the overhang. It was paired with the Dallas White granite, which we used for the counter-top. There’s just something about this combination that really hits the mark when it comes to the overall aesthetic appeal. They meld very well, complimenting each other in every way. The customer absolutely loved his new barbecue island.
