The most interesting aspect of this custom outdoor kitchen is that it’s built to fit into 3 sides of an octagon. The Victorian Style Porch being built into the shape of an octagon. It doesn’t get more custom than this particular build. The following photos showcase the range of customization that Elegant Outdoor Kitchens is prepared to do.With this custom outdoor kitchen build we used a Light Travertine Stacked Stone with a unique Granite counter-top that boasts beautiful pink and green hues. A truly amazing material combination that compliments the existing structure magnificently. The grilling area is very simple and straight forward, there wasn’t a whole lot of room for any additional components. A Bull Angus 30” 4-Burner Professional Grill was built-in and fit quite perfectly. The 30” grill head produces 75,000 BTU’s, which happens to be a lot for its size. Perfect for this compact area. We installed a 32” Stainless Steel Double Access Door to enable access to the grill and its primary components.
The Angus grill head is a 4-Burner 30” stainless steel built-In gas barbecue grill with an Infrared back burner. It is also one of our most popular grills.

The “Dueling Grills” custom outdoor kitchen build was contracted by an apartment complex near FGCU in Estero. The name says it all, it’s a double grill installation in a single BBQ island cabinet, making its configuration super accessible and optimal for multiple users. While it’s in a residential apartment complex, it’s considered a commercial build. We used the popular California Gold Stacked Stone as the siding facade and used Uba Tuba Granite as the counter-top material. This combination of materials complimented the overall aesthetics of the custom outdoor kitchen build. The “Dueling Grills” build is ADA compliant which makes it accessible to handicapped and special needs individuals.
While it may not be the fanciest configuration in Estero, it’s designed to be straightforward and simple to use. In these commercial style apartment builds, the clientele usually has one goal in mind, and that’s grilling. The BBQ Island is equipped with two Blaze 25” 3-Burner Grills, which output a whopping 42,000 BTU’s per grill. It’s the perfect commercial grill setup. Designed for long-term, frequent-use, and legendary grilling performance. The most innovative aspect of the project is the built-in, wall-mounted timer that control propane access for the grills. Below each of the Blaze Grills is a 25” double access door that allows easy access to the grills and their functional components.

Using modern design techniques and premium construction & finishing materials. We completed the entire Summer Outdoor Kitchen build in minimal time. Elegant Outdoor Kitchens worked closely with the client to manufacture an outdoor living area that catered to all their cooking, cleaning, and storage needs. We used a beautiful stacked stone finish that’s available through special order. Pairing it with a Dallas White Granite for the counter-top area.
They opted for a Bull 32” 4-Burner Angus Grill installation. We maximized their storage space by installing a combination single door / double drawer storage area below the grill. Not only does it act as an efficient storage station, but it also allows the client to access the grill for maintenance purposes. The built-in single side burner will allow them to quickly heat up or cook side dishes while grilling. The convenience of a sink & faucet system will make washing up after handling meat a breeze. Access to the sink components can are made through the single louvered access door. By installing a premium outdoor rated refrigerator, they’ll only have to walk a few feet to access their cold storage.
