The Renown is becoming a crowd favorite for Pulte buyers. We have been seeing a lot of them, especially with the extended lanai. This space gives you just the right amount of room for your outdoor kitchen. The grill, sink and fridge fit nicely along the wall, with plenty of counterspace off to one side of the grill. This kitchen is a great example of beauty without going crazy on upgrades. It features the Silver Travertine stacked stone and level 1 Uba Tuba granite.

This outdoor kitchen was built in a home in Estero. We appreciate the unique design of the space, with the two 45 degree bends along the back wall. The shape of this kitchen definitely gives it character. It’s also a great reminder that sometimes there is more useable space on our lanai than what meets the eye. This customer had totally envisioned the kitchen in the space, before ever contacting us, so we can’t take credit for it. It certainly makes our job a lot easier, when someone knows what they want and just has us handle the logistics of getting it done.

Golden White has a variety of color hues, which makes it easy to pair with granite. In the photos below you will see space before the build, when it was just a blank space. When we walk onto a lanai with just the rough-in, I think we sometimes take for granted how easy it is for us to “see it”, but still we always draw it out to make sure that every “sees” it before we start and that there are no surprises. It is pretty cool to compare the before and after photos. The nice thing is, we have built so many kitchens that you can give us some basic parameters and we will fill in the details. Once the details are finished, we volley the finishing touches (colors) back to the customer, and these customers nailed it!
Built in a Mercede home with the bonus room by Taylor-Morrison in Esplanade Lake Club, this L-shape kitchen is built for entertaining. The two-tier cabinet allows for bar height stools or enjoy standing and resting your elbows on the bar top just the right height. The Light Travertine stacked stone looks great paired with the Level 1 Desert Brown granite countertop and backsplash.
This outdoor kitchen was built in a Taylor-Morrison home. The Pallazio model is perfect for outdoor living especially when the customer has added one of the extended lanai options. This is a terrific floorplan and we can build a straight kitchen that is up to 15’8″ long in this floorplan.

It was no surprise that as quickly as we were done with their outdoor kitchen, they were sending us photos of them and their neighbors putting it to good use. Seeing our kitchens get used is so fulfilling and is a great reminder of why we do it!
