The homeowner wanted a design that felt clean, modern, and coastal while providing everything needed for cooking, entertaining, and outdoor dining.

Because the grill is installed inside cabinetry, we also included a Blaze insulated jacket, which protects surrounding cabinet materials and ensures safe operation.
Tradewind 36” Outdoor Vent Hood
Proper ventilation is important when installing an outdoor kitchen under a covered lanai, which is common in the Aventura Floor Plan design.
This project includes a Tradewind 36” outdoor vent hood with internal blowers, providing powerful ventilation while maintaining a sleek, professional appearance.
To integrate the hood into the space, we also installed:
- Custom stainless stack chase
- Custom stainless 3D backsplash behind the grill (36” W x 36” H x 1 1/4” D)

A 5.5 cubic foot outdoor-rated refrigerator was installed to keep drinks and ingredients conveniently within reach.
