Beneath the sink, we installed the True Flame 26” double access door, providing a concealed yet accessible storage area for cleaning supplies or propane tanks.

State-of-the-Art Cooking Appliances

At the heart of this outdoor kitchen is the True Flame 32” grill, known for its superior performance and craftsmanship. The grill is paired with the True Flame double side burner, perfect for preparing side dishes or simmering sauces while grilling. To ensure an efficient and smoke-free cooking environment, we installed a 36” Trade-Wind Pyramid-style vent hood, along with a custom stainless steel stack chase and 3D backsplash behind the grill for added durability and visual appeal.

Within just a few years, the frame had deteriorated so badly that it was falling apart. Rust had spread throughout the metal, causing structural failure.

On top of that, the stone veneer had detached from the boards, likely due to poor adhesion and subpar substrate materials. What was meant to be a premium outdoor feature quickly turned into a costly disappointment. In just three months, from June to September, the condition worsened significantly, with visible degradation in the kitchen’s structure.

We recently had the pleasure of designing and installing a stunning outdoor kitchen in the Esplanade by the Islands community, specifically in a Lazio model home with an extended lanai. This project beautifully showcases the elegance of Winter Wood Granite, a high-end, level 6 granite with a leather finish that adds a touch of sophistication to any outdoor space.

Project Overview: Esplanade by the Islands Outdoor Kitchen

Located in a beautiful neighborhood, this outdoor kitchen was designed to maximize functionality while seamlessly blending with the aesthetics of the surrounding architecture. The kitchen layout features an L-shaped cabinet base, measuring 9’6” along the wall with the rough-in and extending 8’0” outward from the wall. This configuration not only maximizes countertop space but also offers a welcoming area for guests to gather.

For added convenience and comfort, the kitchen includes a 10-inch overhang off the back of the 8-foot cabinet, providing ample space for bar seating. The right side of the cabinet features a rounded overhang, designed to create a more ergonomic and visually appealing space, with a 1-inch overhang at the corners and a 10-inch overhang at the center.
